Lisa Martinez is simply amazing! From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable with her approach, her knowledge of the housing market/business and willingness to listen to our thoughts and concerns. Lisa laid out the plan and ensured us if there was something we didn't like or was unhappy with to inform her before proceeding to the the next step. She became a teacher and educated us on several things throughout the process that helped us not only during the sell of our home, but things to note when looking to buy our next house. She set the standards and expectations of a realtor to new heights! Lisa was constantly available (I mean as early as 6am to as late as 10pm) to answer any questions and would call regarding every document that was being sent to ensure we received it and understood it. She is very detailed and stayed on top of things by holding all parties involved accountable for their respective parts during this process. With me being in the military and having to move 3 weeks before closing, Lisa was still there every step of the way every day! She went out of her way and took time out of several days to meet the plumber, the electrician and even turned the water off in the house during the snow/ice storm so the pipes wouldn't freeze. Lisa also helped in forwarding us our mail since we didn't have a house right away, while still ensuring we were being taken care of on the back end by a realtor here in MS. Lisa started off as realtor who became a teacher and is now family. I would recommend her any day hour of the day and would put her up against any realtor in the world!

My wife and I knew we wanted to buy a house. We were unsure of the time it would require to get us into a home and out of our apartment, but with Lisa's help and guidance we were putting an offer into a home in less than a week after our initial contact. While we probably would have dragged our feet on the matter, Lisa called us and scheduled home viewings for us around areas in San Antonio. Her scheduling of showing was beyond reproach. All we had to do was show up and look around. She was able to spot blemishes in homes we might have overlooked and was able to tell us which problems may be naggy and which may be only aesthetic. When it came to putting in an offer on a house I was virtually clueless. We knew we found the right home and we didn't want our offer to turned away. She helped me place an offer that would attract the seller and meet the loan appraisal value. Lisa has been remarkable throughout my home buying experience. We are currently in the moving phase but we look forward to staying in touch with her and keeping her updated on our progress.
