Bio:
Native of San Antonio, married 25 years to the love of my life, Eric. He is retired from a long law enforcement career. We have 3 college aged children. In 2016 I joined Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper Realtors as a licensed sales agent.
I spend my time spare time homemaking, volunteering, church and coaching youth cheerleading.

New Construction BUYER: When USAA assigned Wanda, I immediately called her. I honestly set the expectation that we didn’t need much from her and were using her to receive the USAA reward. However, Wanda clearly was not interested in sitting idle in the process and proved time and time again how valuable she was to our purchasing process. SELLER and BUYER: We met Wanda while touring an open house down the street just for fun - she was very personable, friendly and not pushy! A few weeks later we found ourselves having to sell our home and contacted Wanda, she was quick and so positive! She offered helpful insight but really considered our opinions too and readjusted! We saw her sell our home and the home down the road, she had open houses almost every weekend and went above and beyond marketing the home, walking neighborhoods and passing out post cards!
